Ashley Sheff, LCSW

Ashley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania with extensive experience helping those who suffer from mental health and substance use disorders. She has experience working in acute psychiatric inpatient settings, mobile crisis, prisons, hospitals, and outpatient settings. Ashley is also an EMDR Certified therapist through the EMDR Institute, and the Director of Outpatient Trauma Services at Growth Minded.

Ashley practices with a variety of evidence-based practices, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She feels the client is the expert of their own health and strives to help clients be the best version of themselves while working from a strength-based perspective. Ashley is passionate about helping others and is a fierce advocate of social justice.
