Continue your wellness journey physically, mentally, and emotionally with the extra therapeutic support of a group. This group will focus on balancing our needs while dealing with everyday obligations and stressors. Throughout our sessions, we will discuss challenges, successes, and coping skills related to nutrition, mindfulness, and our overall emotional wellbeing. This includes healthy eating support, building genuine connection, and sharing knowledge from different stages of your journey. All are welcome, regardless of formal diagnoses or primary concern.
