About David

As a Certified Facilitator in the Prepare and Enrich Assessment, David has joined the team at Growth Minded to help administer this assessment, and help support couples at any stage of their relationship to flourish. 

David has his Masters in Clinical Counseling, and works part time as a counselor at John Applegate, MD & Associates, LLC.  David has an extensive background serving in faith-based communities offering pastoral and spiritual support. He previously served as the Spiritual Care Coordinator at Heartland Hospice to provide grief counseling and care for families.
