Clara is currently completing her internship to earn a second master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health at Messiah University. Clara completed her undergraduate studies at Ewha Women's University in Korea, and received her first master's degree (M.S.Ed.) from University of Pennsylvania.
Her journey has provided her with valuable experience at Central Behavioral Health, where she has primarily worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and healing from past trauma. Additionally, Clara has extensive experience guiding people through healing ministry and serving as a life coach, where she has worked extensively with adults. She is also fluent in Korean, enabling her to offer support to a broader range of individuals.
Clara's goal is to create a safe, supportive, and empathetic environment where you can explore your strengths, build resilience, and develop strategies for mental wellness. She takes a holistic approach to healing, believing in the uniqueness and autonomy of each person. Together, you will focus on the specific goals that matter most to you.
Clara values honoring each individual at their stage of life and truly listening to their stories. Her commitment is to provide individualized treatments that respect your identity and lived experiences. She strives to create a space of healing and empowerment, rooted in understanding and compassion.
