​Three Unique Intensive Outpatient Program Options

 

ROOTED: Navigating Complex Trauma with Schema Therapy and EMDR

  • Attachment-focused resource development and group support

  • EMDR trained clinicians available for individual reprocessing work (as needed/appropriate) and uniquely developed Schema interventions to support deep attachment and safety needs

  • Supportive development of real-life skills through additional techniques such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

 

RESOURCED: Healing from Trauma Through EMDR

  • Specialized resource development and group support

  • EMDR trained clinicians available for individual reprocessing work (as needed/appropriate)

  • Supportive development of real-life skills through additional techniques such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

 

RESILIENT: Cultivating Overall Mental Wellness with Skills and Support

  • Compassionate and restorative resource development and group support

  • Individual assessment of needs and goals to increase one's overall psychosocial and emotional functioning

  • Supportive development of real-life skills through additional techniques such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Current Programming

Both our Rooted and our Resilient program tracks are currently open for enrollment! 

Our Resourced program track will be open for enrollment in August 2024.

All program tracks take place Monday through Friday in the mornings at our West Chester location.

Each IOP track has specific start and end times, and will be discussed with you upon intake.

 

Program Days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  The IOP programs consist of a 15 min check-in and mindfulness exercise to start, followed by two separate one-hour group sessions. The total program day is two hours and 15 minutes.

 

Program services are not provided on the following holidays:

New Year’s Day (January 1)

Memorial Day (May - varies)

Independence Day (July 4)

Labor Day (September - varies)

Thanksgiving Day (November - varies)

Christmas Day (December 25)

 

Any other changes to the schedule will be clearly posted by program staff.
