About Hannah

Hannah is an Associate Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Vermont and Bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College. She has specialized training in trauma-informed care and completed her internship in a college counseling center primarily supporting neurodivergent and gender-diverse individuals. She has experience working with individuals across the lifespan. Her experience includes working with individuals with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns, relational challenges, and chronic health conditions.

Hannah operates from a humanistic and person-centered approach first and foremost. She believes in utilizing the power of the therapeutic relationship in combination with mindfulness-based practices, calling on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help individuals better understand themselves and develop strategies to navigate life's stressors. She approaches her work with a multicultural and feminist therapy lens to empower clients on their therapeutic journey.

Empathy, compassion, and patience are the foundation of Hannah’s practice. She is passionate about meeting each client where they are in their healing journey and tailoring therapy to their needs.
