About Mark

As Chief Operating Officer of Growth Minded, Mark works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the leadership team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care while stewarding the organization’s growth and success.  In his role, Mark provides comprehensive financial, strategic, and operational leadership to drive value and deliver clear, insightful analytics. His efforts focus on ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving organizational goals, and serving a remarkable team.  Mark has over a decade in senior leadership roles across various industries.  

He received his Bachelor of Science in both Accounting & Business Administration from Gordon College and his MBA from the Johns Hopkins University's Carey Business School.  He completed executive education training at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management as well as at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  Additional training was completed at Fundação Dom Cabral Business school in São Paulo, Brazil.  In addition to Mark's role at Growth Minded, he runs a consulting firm that provides fractional executive services for small businesses.  Mark also serves on the board of multiple institutions and is an active volunteer in the community.  In his free time you will find him outside enjoying a hike, catching a lacrosse game with his family, or trying to play the game of golf.
