About Nina

Nina is a dedicated School Psychologist and private practitioner who specializes in supporting teenagers through the often turbulent years of adolescence. With a focus on Anxiety and Depression, Nina provides a vital bridge between the school environment and clinical mental health support. Her dual role allows her to understand the unique stressors of teenagers while providing the deep, individualized care required for lasting emotional wellness.

Nina’s work within the school system gives her an "insider’s view" of the academic and social hurdles her clients face every day. In her private practice, she leverages this knowledge to provide more intensive, focused therapy. This dual perspective ensures that her clients aren't just "getting through the day," but are building a robust psychological toolkit that helps them thrive in their social lives, their studies, and their future transitions.

At the heart of Nina’s practice is a commitment to creating a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment. She understands that for a teenager to grow, they must first feel heard. By blending her clinical expertise in CBT and DBT with a genuine, empathetic approach, Nina empowers teenagers to reclaim their agency, improve their mental health, and move toward a future of emotional well-being.
